Is the ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4650 (M96) video card enough to higher-end pc games?

Games like Crysis, World of Warcraft, Counter-Strike, you get the idea...

Thanks

P.S. Oh, and is it possible to replace a video card in a notebook?|||No, you cannot replace the video card in a laptop. you can only replace the hard drive and the memory from what I know and which I have already done.

The ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4650 isn't a very high end graphics card. So let's say that you have a high end PC like you said, if you put this in it it will bottleneck it, in other words it will not use the full potential of the other hardwares like the cpu or the ram.

Just forget the 4600 series and save a bit more money and go with the 4800 series. It will last you longer and you will regret getting the 4600 series cuz its barely gonna run anything. It will run wow and cs since those are pretty old games but it will barely handle crysis. so ya, go with the sure thing.

p.s.: here is the link for the 4850 cards:

The 4870 is around the same price so I recommend you go with that. here is the link for that:
