Is it possible to upgrade my video card on my laptop?

My notebook is less than 3 months old it is a Compaq Presario CQ60-120TU Notebook. I want to upgrade my video card to a 256MB NVIDIA 7900.|||No, it is not possible.|||the video card is Integrated into the motherboard to replace it would require replacing the motherboard witch is 90 pct of the cost of the laptop|||talk to your laptop company|||yes u can upgrade ur video card on your laptop... it is possible...|||if it has a dedicated graphics card already then yes it's possible .... would it be cost effective? ... probably not ... would probably cost you more to get the upgrade than it would to buy a new lappy
