What would be a better video card?

I currently have a Compaq Presario CQ60-4110US Notebook PC which has a NVIDIA GeForce 8200M with up to 895MB total graphics memory. I would like a better video card for games like the sims 3 and world of warcraft. I usually have a framerate between 10 and 20 fps, and less than that if I'm in high population areas. I dont' know a lot about computer hardware and would really appreciate the help!|||laptops aren't really upgradable unless you can find another graphics card exactly the same size and everything, but this one may work http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_840… its a model up from yours.
